What Sharon Did Last Week (15th-20th October)
Monday
Sharon took a morning Eurostar to Brussels arriving at 1pm.
At 2.30pm Sharon attended an ALDE (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe) ECON (Economic and Monetary Affairs) group meeting.
Sharon then took the chair in ECON committee.
Tuesday
From 9am-12.30pm Sharon attended a trialogue on the '2 pack' agreement.
Sharon then attended a meeting at 3.30pm on EFAMA (European Fund and Asset Management Association) and PRIPs (Packaged Retail Investment Products) initiative.
Wednesday
Sharon attended a number of meetings in the morning to discuss PRIPs.
Then at 3pm Sharon took part in the Finance Watch Panel Discussion on Long-Term Investment.
Thursday
At 9am Sharon attended a trialogue on the '2 pack' agreement.
Then at 11am Sharon met with representatives from the British Chamber of Commerce.
Sharon then spent from 1.30-3.30pm working in her office.
At 5pm Sharon took a Eurostar back to London.
Friday
At 11am Sharon met with representatives from the World Development Movement regarding food speculation.
Sharon then spent the afternoon working in her constituency office.
Saturday
Sharon attended Liberal Democrat South East Conference in Guildford, where she gave a speech on her current work in the Parliament followed by a Q&A session.
