What Sharon Did Last Week (7th-11th January)

Monday

Sharon travelled to Brussels for Group week.

Tuesday

From 9am-12.30pm Sharon attended a trilogue on SSM (Single Supervisory Mechanism)

Then at 12.30pm Sharon attended an LDEPP (Liberal Democrat European Parliamentary Party) group meeting.

At 5pm Sharon met the ALDE (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe) group to discuss Banking Union.

Wednesday

At 9am Sharon attended an ALDE group meeting.

Then at 10am Sharon met with Gert Jan Koopman, Deputy Director-General for Competition.

At 3pm Sharon attended a trilogue on SSM.

Thursday

At 9am Sharon attended votes.

Then at 11am-12.30pm Sharon chaired the ECON (Economic and Monetary Affairs) Committee for the final Exchange of views with Jean-Claude Juncker as he prepared to step down as President of the Eurogroup.

At 2.30pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on CRD IV (Capital Requirements Directive IV) and CRR (Capital Requirements Regulation) ahead of the trilogue at 3pm.

At 6pm Sharon took a Eurostar back to London

Friday

Sharon spent the day taking meetings in London.
