What Sharon Did Last Week (25th February - 1st March)

Monday

Sharon took meetings in Dublin, flying back to Brussels in the evening.

Tuesday

At 8am Sharon attended an ALDE (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats For Europe) ECON (Economic and Monetary Affairs) group meeting.

Then at 9am Sharon took the Chair in ECON Committee where an exchange of views took place with Andris Vilks, Minister of Finance for Latvia, and Ilmars Rimsevics, Governor of the Central Bank of Latvia.

Sharon then returned to her office to work on CRD IV (Capital Requirements Directive).

At 3pm Sharon attended a trilogue on SSM (Single Supervisory Mechanism).

Then at 6.30pm Sharon attended a meeting on SSM with the ECB (European Central Bank).

Wednesday

At 8.30am Sharon attended a meeting with the LDEPP (Liberal Democrat European Parliamentary Party) group.

Then at 20.30 Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on CRR (Capital Requirements Regulation).

Sharon then took meetings in her office and worked on CRD IV, before attending a trilogue on CRD IV and CRR.

Thursday

At 9am Sharon participated in a press conference on CRD IV.

Then at 11.30am Sharon attended the CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies) Annual Conference and participated in a panel discussion on Banking Union.

At 2pm Sharon spoke at a European Competition Forum.

Then at 4.20pm Sharon appeared on BBC news to talk about bankers' bonuses.

Friday

Sharon travelled back to her constituency.
