What Sharon Did Last Week (4th - 10th March)

Monday

Sharon travelled to Brussels for Group Week.

Tuesday

Sharon spent the morning taking meetings and working from her office.

At 12.30pm Sharon attended an LDEPP (Liberal Democrat European Parliamentary Party) group meeting.

At 3.30pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on SSM (Single Supervisory Mechanism), followed by a trilogue on SSM at 4pm.

At 5pm Sharon attended an ALDE (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe) group meeting.

Wednesday

At 9am Sharon attended an ALDE group meeting.

Then at 10am Sharon attended a technical trilogue on CRR (Capital Requirements Regulation)

At 11.30am Sharon met with Ambassador Karoblis of Lithuania.

Then at 2pm Sharon appeared on BBC Radio 4's World at One programme to discuss bankers' bonuses.

At 3pm Sharon attended a CARRP (Credit Agreements Relating to Residential Property) trilogue.

Thursday

At 9am Sharon attended a trilogue on SSM.

Then at 5pm Sharon took the Eurostar back to London to attend a Risk Dinner on the future impact of US and EU regulations on the shape of financial institutions, and what it means for their ability to assess risk on their balance sheets.

Friday

Sharon travelled into London to participate in HSBC's 'Ask the Expert' event.

Then in the evening Sharon travelled down to Brighton for Liberal Democrat Spring Conference.

Saturday & Sunday

Sharon attended Liberal Democrat Spring Conference.
