Monday

Sharon travelled to Strasbourg for the start of plenary week.

At 7pm Sharon attended a Markets in Financial Instruments Directive(MiFID) preparatory meeting.

Tuesday

At 9am Sharon attended an Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) co-ordinators meeting

Then at 11.30am Sharon met with Michel Barnier, Commissioner for the Internal Market.

At 12pm Sharon attended votes.

Then at 2pm Sharon attended a Conference of Committee Chairs meeting as Chair of the ECON Committee.

At 3.30pm Sharon chaired a trialogue on the Recovery and Resolution Directive (RRD).

Wednesday

Sharon spent the morning working in her office.

At 12pm Sharon attended votes.

Then at 1.30pm Sharon met with Commissioner Barnier to discuss the Single Resolution Mechanism (SRM).

At 3pm Sharon chaired a trialogue on MiFID.

Thursday

Sharon travelled to Washington for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) meeting and the Annual Membership Meeting of the Institute of International Finance (IIF).

Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Sharon attended the meetings of the IMF and IIF.
