Monday

Sharon travelled to Brussels from Washington.

At 3pm Sharon took the chair in the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee (ECON).

Tuesday

At 10am Sharon chaired a trialogue on financial reporting and auditing.

Then at 3pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).

Wednesday

Sharon spent the morning working from her office.

At 12.30pm Sharon chaired a European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum lunch event on 'The overall impact of the legislative proposal in the financial sector'.

Then at 3pm Sharon chaired a trialogue on MiFID.

Thursday

Sharon travelled back to London to attend and give a keynote speech at the British Bankers' Association's International Banking Conference.

Friday

Sharon travelled into London to speak at a Goldman Sachs European Bank Speaker Series.

Saturday

Sharon attended and spoke at the South East Liberal Democrat Regional Conference in Lancing.
