What Sharon Did Last Week (11th - 15th November)

Monday

Sharon travelled to Brussels via Eurostar arriving at the European Parliament at 1pm.

At 1.30pm Sharon met with Dr Fran Burwell, Vice President of the Atlantic Council and Director of Transatlantic Relations.

Then at 2pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) ahead of the trialogue at 3pm.

Tuesday

At 9am Sharon chaired a trialogue on Banking Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD).

Then at 12pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on Central Securities Depository Regulation (CSDR).

At 2pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on Market Abuse Directive (MAD).

Then at 3pm Sharon chaired a trialogue on CSDR.

Wednesday

At 10.30am Sharon chaired a trialogue on MAD.

Then at 1.30pm Sharon met with Stephen Haddrill, CEO of the UK's Financial Reporting Council.

At 3pm Sharon attended a preparatory meeting on Omnibus II ahead of the trialogue at 3.30pm.

Thursday

At 9am Sharon attended an exchange of views meeting with the Troika at the European Council.

Shaorn then spent the rest of the day working from her office.

Friday

Sharon took the Eurostar back to London to attend and speak at an event for CentreForum at Bloomberg.
